Wind History by Address

Look up historical wind gusts at a specific U.S. address using public NOAA and NWS data.

How wind history is reconstructed

For any U.S. address, StormAuditor reconstructs historical peak wind gusts date-by-date from the NWS analysis of record (URMA/RTMA), adjusted by measured evidence: ASOS/AWOS airport-grade gusts and measured storm reports near the property, blended by the SAWE-2 objective-analysis methodology. Each date's value is an estimate at the property coordinates, produced by the published, versioned methodology from the background analysis and nearby measured evidence.

What you can look up

Wind estimates are verified leave-one-station-out against held-back measurements; statistics are published on the wind methodology page.
