How professionals read a heatmap

Restoration contractors use county shading to allocate canvassing and crews after a regional outbreak — a hot county with dense ZIP-level activity supports a different plan than one lit by a single swath through farmland. Adjusters use it in the other direction: when a claim comes in from a county that shows essentially no activity in the window, that mismatch is worth understanding before anyone climbs a roof. In both cases the heatmap is the wide-angle lens; the address-level tools are the microscope, and honest conclusions need both.
